Haven't been out for very long. I was confined last week and had to spend my weekends in camp. Oh well. No one else to blame it except for myself i guess. (:
As I am sitting here typing, my body's aching from the training we had last week. It was crazy. Intense and tiring. But had nothing to do in camp anyways, might as well train all the time away. I lost weight though. THAT'S A GOOD THING! ((((((((:
Have heard alot of stuff flying around. News, rumours etc. Kinda implicated by it all. But i ain't gonna let it affect me. Family's in a mess as of now.
Was in camp reading. Got a call from sister that my mom wanted to leave the home, either by the door or by the window. Wow. What a way to perk you up. I couldn't leave army at home at all as i was confined and my sister was afraid of things that might happen. It was frustrating. I felt. so helpless.
Thought of calling friends who can help me check out on my family. Realised they were climbing mountains at malaysia. HAHA! yes that's right. As i was being confined, i can't join them. I was supposed to go scale a mountain in Malaysia from mon to thurs and return to camp. THAT IS SO DARN FUN. Imagine being out there in the wild with nothing to depend on except for yourself and the friends that are around you. The beauty of nature you can just take in from the surrondings around you.
Don't believe me? Well. My last trip. It was to Gunung Ayam ( yes it's called ayam, chicken) (:
I scaled the start by taking the waterfall trek. My friends and I were walking along until we came to this huge huge waterfall. It's called the waterfall trek cause we would go past the foot of the waterfall. The huge mountain of water came flowing on down and the enormous amount of sound that it makes. It shudders me as I think about it. It was so. Majestic. (:
Then when scaling to the top of the mountain, we came across these beautiful luminous plants. Too bad i didn't have a camera back then or else you would have seen me lagging behind the group and camwhoring away. HAHA!
At base camp (which is the middle of the mountain, usually the resting point), we pitched up tents and played in the waterfall. You could practically climb up the sides of the waterfall and slide down the huge waterslide. IT BEATS ANYTHING. wild wild wet. poooi. Hahas. It was scary, wild and exhilerating at the same time. When you let the waterfall carry you down you will be screaming all the way. And upon impact, the coldness of the water hits you and the adrenaline rush that comes with it is unbeatable. (: Oh yeah. My friend almost drowned as she couldn't swim. Luckily we rushed down the slide to save her. I slide down on bare rock though. (:
On the way down, it was dark and the terrain wasn't helping by being slippery and muddy. We were practically like ice skaters carrying huge loads on our backs. Doing splits and figures of 8 with our shoes that had practically no grip. SO. IN OUR FRUSTRATION.
we sat down on the mud. And slide all the way down.
yes i am not joking. It WAS CRAZY! especially with alot of us being guys, and when there is a root sticking out of the ground that is headed straight for the centre of our legs. No. it was not funny.
But it was fun at the same time. Heh. The thrill of sliding down mud. We could feel the mud collecting in our underwear at the same time. =x
When we reached the foot of the mountain. I was walking with a huge bag of mud dangling from my ass. HAHA!
Anyways.
Alot of things happening in the past week. With all the accusations and all. I just want to shut it all out. (: Thought i could call her. But remembered that we are no longer together. (: oh wells.
Leaving on friday morning at 0200 am. We got together on 13th Jan. Supposed to be one month this fri as well at 0016am. HAHA! WTH! (:
